Work With RCP

Bring the work into the room.

Recovery Capital Project provides practical workshops, speaking, and facilitated experiences built around The 10 Things.

Sessions can be focused and short, extend across a half or full day, or continue as a series. The format can meet the room without rebuilding the framework every time.

The work stays practical, participatory, and grounded in real life.

Ways to Work With RCP

Speaking
Talks and presentations that introduce useful RCP ideas through stories, practical examples, and ideas people can take with them.

Focused Workshops | 60–90 minutes
Concentrated sessions around a specific area of the framework, with room for participation and application.

Extended Workshops | About 2 hours
More time to explore an idea, work with examples, and connect it to real situations.

Half-Day & Full-Day Workshops
Deeper facilitated experiences with time for discussion, participation, reflection, and practical application.

Series & Organizational Work
Multiple sessions or defined engagements for organizations, teams, or communities that want to work with RCP over time.

Current RCP Work

The 10 Things

The core RCP framework—a practical way to work with reality, capacity, resources, relationships, pressure, choice, and what comes next.

It can be introduced as a whole or explored more deeply depending on the room and available time.

Travel Light

A practical look at overload, capacity, and what we're carrying.

Travel Light helps people notice what belongs, what doesn't, what may be costing more than it gives back, and where reducing unnecessary weight may create more room to participate.

Team Culture

Practical facilitated work around accuracy, communication, trust, accountability, resources, pressure, and sustainable participation in teams.

Where RCP May Be Useful

Recovery & Reentry
RCP grew from recovery capital and years of work in recovery, treatment, reentry, corrections, and human-service settings.

Burnout, Overload & Capacity
For people and groups carrying a lot, working under pressure, or trying to participate sustainably without simply adding more.

Helpers & Caregivers
For people whose work or lives regularly involve supporting others while managing their own finite resources.

Teams & Organizations
For groups navigating communication, pressure, change, responsibility, resources, culture, or the realities of difficult work.

Life Transitions & Change
For situations where something has shifted, the old way no longer fits, or Point B isn't entirely clear yet.

Different Rooms. Same Framework.

RCP can meet the context of the room.

Examples, questions, emphasis, session length, and delivery can change depending on who's there and what would actually be useful.

The framework stays intact.

Start a Conversation

You don't need a finished plan before reaching out.

Tell me a little about the room, who's likely to be there, and what you're hoping will be useful.

If RCP looks like a genuine fit, we'll figure out the format, scope, and next step.
